Hello My name is Robert Santell, I am Here to tell you about red roof in. I have been here 3 weeks and before I check out I had to tell you about my accomodations. The management is stellar! They will do anything to make you feel welcome and happy. Maintenance is on top of anything in the complex, housekeeping is the sweetest and there is nothing they won't do to meet your needs, from extra linens,or towels, to removing a trash bag if it's full. The parking is way more than required for the property and next door which is at least 5 times the size... The rooms are shabby and just doesn't compair in any way to red roof, not to mention the price is 2 to 3 times more expensive than red roof! If you need a place to hang your hat and kick your feet up, than red roof is the place! I could go on forever but you don't have the time for that. Respectfully submitted, Robert

The front desk staff at Red Roof Inn was amazing The receptionist I dealt with was patient, polite, and very helpful. She made check-in smooth and pleasant. I really appreciated her friendly attitude.

I was stuck with a canceled flight at 2am and my amazing cab driver found me a room here after calling a few other places he knew that were full. I was a little skeptical, but it was super clean and the guy who checked me in was really nice and even carried my bag to my room for me. It was quiet, I slept well, and It really was a great surprise all around. (Adding a photo of Mike’s card because he really saved the night).

I like the fact that the rooms are consistently supplied with nice towels, toilets & tubs. And the floor are clean. Regarding the reviews that I see below me. None of that stuff is true. This hotel was taking over about a year and a half ago. And the property is been in stellar shape ever since. I don't find these complaints to be valid including bugs and dirty tubs and things like that and drug deals outside. You have drug deals on Wall Street in New York City. Let's be real. And stop being so critical of things that are not worth being critical of.

Very pleasant stay. My 2 nights stay was very comfortable and slept really well where I didn't even hear the alarm and missed my flight. So came back to my room and chilled for a bit and then went back to airport to catch the next available flight. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, clean and everything was perfect. I loved the shower. And was able to do ironing and watch TV. Superb so far.

I booked this hotel last minute because I needed something close to the airport. The room wasn’t fancy but it was clean enough and the bed was comfortable. The front desk lady was really kind and patient ,she made check-in easy and didn’t rush me. That honestly made the stay feel a lot better. Good spot if you just need somewhere to sleep before traveling.
